- Underlay matched to the product (acoustic options available)
- Door undercutting, transitions, and finishing trims:
• Door undercutting for a clean fit under jambs/casings
• Transitions as needed (T-mouldings, reducers, end caps, stair nosings)
- Old flooring removal/disposal available on request
Optional Upgrades (if you want them)
- Premium acoustic underlay for quieter rooms
- Moisture/vapour underlay for basements and slabs
- Flush-mount vents for a cleaner look
- Stair solutions: matching flush stair nosings and one-piece stair tread overlays (retro-treads)
- Finishing trims: re-install existing baseboards. While you’re choosing your vinyl/laminate, you can also pick your baseboard/trim paint in our showroom—ask for custom colour matching. Painting is done by you or your painter.
